About Creosote Counseling

Kelly Rau, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist, I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their past and understand their patterns. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Don't worry if you're unsure or hesitant; that's completely natural. Many individuals feel a mix of excitement and nervousness when starting therapy. Rest assured, I am here to guide you and support you every step of the way.

Let's work together to create positive change in your life. My approach combines evidence-based therapies, creativity, and compassion. By tapping into your inner strengths and exploring your thoughts and emotions, we can foster personal growth and transformation.

Everyone deserves a therapeutic experience where they feel heard, understood, and secure. Therapy should seek to identify and process emotions and create an environment where feelings are always valid and important. You deserve a therapist that understands your unique needs and experiences. Who seeks to research and find ways to help you, even if it means finding a different therapist who can better suit your therapy needs.
